If I were an owner of a fast food restaurant, my employing need to know about safety procedures regarding on health particularly hygiene and sanitation. The business includes foods so it had to be dealt with carefully and cleanly. If employees failed to apply procedures regarding to sanitation, microorganisms miggt contaminate the food which will compromise the health of the costumer.which will impact badly on the restaurant.
